OFFICE MANAGEMENT mit Schwerpunkt EINKAUF / VERKAUF (m/w/d)

Ihre Rolle bei BECK LIVING:

• Am Telefon sind Sie ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden und Hersteller.
• Angebotserstellung und Einkauf
• Büromanagement (annehmen von Lieferungen, Post, Büro-Organisation allg.)
• Organisation und Koordinierung von Lieferungen

Was bringen SIE mit?

• Sie bringen eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im baunahen Handwerk mit
• Ordnung und Organisation ist Ihr Thema
• Sie sind digital affin
• Für die Bearbeitung Ihres Aufgabengebiets ist ein Grundverständnis in Bezug auf Gestaltung oder Technik hilfreich.
• Sie beherrschen das 10 Finger System

YOUR ROLE AT BECK LIVING

We are looking for a motivated individual who will advise on construction techniques, use of materials, building codes and can work with the usual software programs and is keen to work on a unique project with an over regional scope.
